Passenger Instant SMS (PI-SMS) is a web based SMS application designed and developed for the Nigerian Aviation Industry, using International standards combined with local industry knowledge, to allow users to maintain a cheap and reliable SMS electronic communication link with their customers.

This tailored approach allows PI-SMS to deliver an efficient, reliable and cost effective platform when performing bulk operations such as contacting the entire passenger list of a delayed flight for example.

PI-SMS is a versatile product which has a variety of features including the following:

  • PI-SMS is specifically designed for the Nigerian Aviation Industry and its unique requirements

  • It's construction using common web technologies makes mastering of PI-SMS easy
  • PI-SMS can send SMS messages to multiple contact numbers stored in Microsoft Excel file(s)
  • It automatically stores all contact numbers that SMS messages are sent to
  • It is easy to retrieve both the recipient list and the specific SMS message sent, on a per flight basis
  • It provides detailed reporting of all program specific information including:
    • Flights
    • Flight status – reschedule, cancellation or Promo
    • SMS messages
    • Recipients
    • Application users
    • How many times a given flight has been rescheduled or cancelled
    • The specific of each SMS message
    • Timestamp information regarding each SMS message sent
    • How many SMS messages have been sent between any period
    • The possibility to further customise reporting as required
  • Reports can be viewed and printed in multiple formats including PDF
  • Its multi-user application design allows authentication and control for multiple users / departments, which is especially useful in a Shift Pattern of Operation
  • It can send SMS messages to both local and international numbers including Starcoms and Visafone CDMA lines

How Much Does PI-SMS Cost

Concept Infinity has a simple and competitive pricing structure consisting of the following elements:

  • Application Usage & Maintenance
  • Bulk SMS units

In order to utilise the PI-SMS application, our customers are required to annually remit an Application Usage & Maintenance fee thereby granting valid access to the application for the period of 1 calendar year.

In addition should our clients require, Concept Infinity can also provide the option of competitive Bulk SMS units purchase for use with PI-SMS.
